The McMaster Student Union (MSU) and/or its affiliated services reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission or to remove any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, host and applicable laws. No refunds/exchanges. Ticket holder assumes all risks of personal injury or loss of personal property incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Ticket holder acknowledges that the following are prohibited from entering the event grounds and may result in expulsion from the event: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, weapons/fireworks of any kind, vehicles of any kind, pets (service animals excepted), or any other object with the potential to harm others (as determined by the event organizer(s)/staff at their reasonable discretion). Ticket holder holds harmless the MSU and McMaster University. Ticket holder bears all risks of inclement weather. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other purpose without the express written consent of the MSU. Ticket holder consents the use of their image or likeness incidental to any video, transmission or recording of the event by attendees/host of the event or the MSU. This ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused.
Your tickets are being purchased from McMaster Students Union (the organizer).
Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.
All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
