FAQ's

Q: I'm a graduate student - which ticket should I purchase?

A: Student tickets are for Undergraduate students only. If you know an undergraduate student that is also attending and can sign you in, you may enter with them by purchasing a guest ticket. 

Q: I don't go to McMaster and don't know any students there, can I come to the concert by buying a guest ticket?

A: No. This is a closed campus show restricted for Undergraduate McMaster students and a limited number of guest tickets for their guests. A guest ticket must be signed by and accompanied by a McMaster student, also attending the concert. If you have a guest ticket, and are not attending with a McMaster student, you will not be granted entry and you will not receive a refund. 

Q: Can I bring a clear plastic water bottle or a reusable water bottle

A: NO. Unfortunately you cannot bring in any water bottles. There will be water stations available with cups inside the venue. 

Q: I forgot my McMaster student ID at home, can I still attend by showing my class schedule, or a photo of my ID?

A: You must show either a physical, valid McMaster student ID OR your NEW digital Student ID accessible through your mosaic account, alongside a ticket to enter the venue.

Q: Can I bring a guest? How many guests can I bring?

A: YES -  There is a limited number of GUEST TICKETS avaible for purchase. Guests must be accompanied and signed  in by a current McMaster Student. Only 1 guest per student is permitted. Your guest must present a piece of government issued ID, a valid ticket and be signed in by you. *Guests Must be 18 years or older* Please note, you and your guest must each have their own ticket. 

Q: I can no longer attend the event but bought a ticket already, can I get a refund?

A: Tickets are non refundable. Perhaps there is another student that would be willing to buy this ticket from you. Check out the Transfer Ticket option.
