Q: I'm a McMaster Alumni, can I attend?
A: YES. Find your tickets here: http://bit.ly/2eDnCsa
Q: I do not own a credit card, can I pay by debit or cash?
A: YES. Tickets will be sold at the Compass Information Centre, located in the MUSC building, starting Monday, September 11, 2017.
Q: If I am not a McMaster student, can I still attend?
A: You may purchase a guest ticket as long as a McMaster student can sign you in at the entrance. If you have purchased an undergrad ticket and are a guest, you will be asked to pay the amount owed at the door to enter.
Q: I forgot my McMaster student ID at home, can I still attend by showing my class schedule, or a photo of my ID?
A: No. You must show a physical, valid McMaster student ID alongside a ticket to enter the venue.
Q: Can I bring a guest? How many guests can I bring?
A: YES - there is a 1 guest per student limit. Your guest must present a GUEST TICKET and be signed in by you. *Guests Must be 18 years or older*
Q: Someone sold me a discounted ticket, will I be able to get in?
A: By purchasing a ticket outside of our site, you are taking the risk that the ticket is not valid/ has been photocopied. The barcode on the ticket will only allow one person to enter. Once it has been scanned in, all photocopies will be rejected. It may sound great if you find a discounted ticket from someone else - but you are risking not getting into the venue. Don't take the risk by buying from a third party.
Q: Can I bring in closed beverages?
A: No liquids will be allowed into the venue, regardless if the bottle is sealed. All liquids will be thrown out before entering. We will provide a water station inside. You are welcome to bring an clear plastic empty bottle which you may fill up at the water station.
Q: If it rains, can I get a refund?
A: This event is rain or shine, meaning as a ticket holder you are taking the risk of weather and will not be eligible for a refund.
Q: I can no longer attend the event but bought a ticket already, can I get a refund?
A: Tickets are non refundable. Perhaps there is another student that would be willing to buy this ticket from you.
